A lot of people are unaware of the new legislation that is coming into effect from 1st June 2007, or that most properties will have to have a Home Information Pack (HIPs) on their property before it can be marketed. Both partners have been on training courses and have been accepted as Master Agents for HIPs which means that we will be able to advise you and arrange this for you at the click of a button.

We have carried out a survey and asked the public what they wanted from their estate agent. Not surprisingly the general opinion was for cheaper fees, more approachability, to be kept updated and to know that we were working with them.
