Your property will be advertised not only in the traditional shop window in the high street, our own web site and national coverage on Rightmove - the largest internet portal on the web - reaching thousands of prospective buyers every day.

We will start by visiting you in your home and conducting a FREE market appraisal. This will also involve extensive research of not only your property but properties in the surrounding area and amenities available including schools, transport, shopping etc. for any prospective buyer. We will create a report and discuss with you the best way to market your property.

We will explain the HIP's procedure and help you to understand what you are required to do before you are able to put your property on the market.

We will confirm our 1% fee, draw up the terms of contract and offer any advice that you require on presenting your home. If you decide to go ahead and let us market your property we will design a colour brochure for your approval. You will not be pressed into any agreement that you are not entirely satisfied with and we are happy to leave you to decide if you wish to proceed.

Once you are happy with the details and you have signed the contract, and subject to a full HIP's report which we can arrange for you, we will immediately place your property on the market. Our fees are very competitive and our service is excellent.
